What is stored
The demo server stores your sample name and example.com email, topic, illustrative regions, timeframe, format, optional short note, team-size band, chosen consultation, payment state and status history. Message previews are stored alongside the sample booking; they are never emailed.
A session cookie identifies your isolated demonstration. The server stores a hash of its random token, not the token itself. A second cookie protects form submissions. This is a demonstration session, not a customer account.
Where information goes
Your completed brief is sent to this demo server. Unsubmitted form fields are saved in this tab’s session storage, with a 24-hour limit, to support Back, reload and recoverable errors. Close the tab or use Clear my demo to remove that draft.
In offline simulator mode, no payment information goes to a payment provider. In Stripe sandbox mode, the demo sends the consultation description, test amount and random booking reference to Stripe. Test card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout and are not stored by this site.
Expiry and clearing
Each server session expires 24 hours after it begins. Expired data cannot be read or changed and is deleted in bounded cleanup batches on startup and subsequent changes. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.
Use Clear my demo on the records page to delete your current session’s server records, local draft and cookies. This does not delete Stripe’s sandbox records or another visitor’s demo. An isolated local recovery-test copy may retain synthetic test records; it is not a live visitor database.
