Changing your sample plans
Cancel a sample appointment at any time from its booking page. The time becomes available again in your demo session. To change the service or time, cancel and prepare a new booking.
A test payment remains recorded as a test payment after cancellation. This site does not issue refunds; no real money is collected.
If checkout is interrupted
Your time is held for around 35 minutes. The exact expiry appears on your booking. An expired hold needs a new time selection. A late test payment is marked for review and does not create an appointment.
